My Duaghter's Tropical Dress

Here is a dress that I recently finished, a tropical dress for my daughter using pineapple stitches for the skirt with a shell stitch trim and the box stitch for the top of the dress. This is also my first halter top dress I ever made. To add to the tropical feel of the dress I added 4 little flowers around the skirt of dress and made a little bolero to match the dress. I know the picture of her in the dress is not the best but she did not want to sit still for pictures today.

Recently Added & Current Projects

Come see my new elegant vintage baby dress and cute brown polka dot scarf for adults. I really enjoy using pretty lace stitches and using a combination of stitches and my elegant vintage baby dress really shows that. I also realize that open lace stitches don't always go well when trying to put it on your baby so I added a flower lace fabric to the bottom of the dress underneath to help prevent that. The Loops and Threads Florence and Florencia ruffle yarn made a cute fashion scarf and was fun and easy to create. I'm also currently in the process of creating my first crocheted dress for myself that will have a fabric sweetheart top with a open lace crocheted bottom and a lace underskirt. I will also be working on creating dish towel and wash cloth sets as well.

For Men

I just also wanted to add that I will later this year be adding items for men as well but it won't be until fall but I will be adding things for boys sooner than fall, for baby boys and younger boys.

New Baby Dresses Available

I know it's been a while since my original post but I have been busy trying to play catch-up with school work after a week or no internet. I currently have 3 baby dresses from 0-12 months available. I will be adding 2 more dresses to the collection, one more will be available for sale and the other one is one that I'm currently making for our daughter. I will be adding much more as time goes on but this is my first blogging experience ever and I'm still learning how it all works. I know it's probably not the most professional look but I more so going for trying to help out a wonderful person and to share my creations with others. Some more things to come are clothing for women, blankets, and wash cloth and towel sets.
